My experience with English



This is my last hello on the blog, since it corresponds to the last of this subject. The truth is that my trajectory with English has always been problematic because I have a hard time learning it, so I think it has been a very entertaining way to learn by writing a blog every week, with different topics. In addition, being able to interact with my classmates has made it more fun, I was interested in reading about what they were interested in, or liked, or even their future goals.

At the university I had to give all the English courses, and the truth has not been a very pleasant experience, since English 1 the teacher did not teach well, in English 2 the teacher missed classes a lot. On this occasion, English 3, I liked it more than the previous ones, because of the willingness of the teacher and also of the classmates to help. Although this time there is the problem of the online mode, which sometimes is not heard well or the connection drops. However, I think it has been very helpful, because by not taking this course I had no other context to use it.


To improve my English I plan to listen to more things in English, such as songs or watching movies, since my main disadvantage is listening. To practice my English I usually remember songs and sing them, but I plan to install applications on my cell phone.


I hope to improve my English much more, because I am aware of the importance of knowing it for the future.

    And listening to songs is an entertaining practice of English, sometimes I sing with the lyrics to follow the singer xd

I have always liked going on a trip, getting to know other places and landscapes. This is why it is difficult for me to choose a country, as I have the desire to travel all over the world. But maybe a country I'd like to visit would be Italy, the famous boot-shaped country. The truth is that this situation of being in a pandemic is not good at all. I remember last year I really wanted to do new things, like going out more, meeting more people and thus expanding my circle of friends. Also sign up for new dance workshops and thus learn to do new things. However, all those plans will be stagnant because they should be locked in our house. But it was also a time of change, I did not remember spending so much time with my family, on Fridays with board games or family movies. Since I no longer lost so much time on the trip to the university, I was able to spend more days walking my dog ​​in a row and I was able to spend more time on myself, I began to buy things online, I think this was the trend in times of quarantine. Even so I feel that my spirits have lowered, for example before my study habits were better, now I feel that I do not have the energy to give my 100%.   My trajectory throughout my career has given me different learning and that the truth has served me a lot to understand the world and how I want to be a contribution in society. However, it has things to improve, or that I would have liked to learn. In the curriculum, I would incorporate branches with a more feminist perspective, since on many occasions little up-to-date topics were touched on with respect to gender and above all thinking that it is a social career, for which knowledge should be constantly updated. But there were also subjects that I don't think have contributed to my training as a psychologist, for example we had a branch of sociology and this had nothing to do with my career, and it only touched on the history of sociology. I also believe that the shutdowns, that I always support them, because I think they were necessary, it is true that important material was taken away from us and that they were never retaken.
